This one kinda speaks for itself... why should we keep going, when pursuing a goal can be so tough?
So often goals can feel pointless. You feel like you’re going round in circles, and it’s tempting (and easier) to watch TV or hang out on social media.
[Not that there's anything wrong with these things. It's just: is this how you want to spend your life?]
So why should we keep going?
What are the benefits of getting out your comfort zone?
Here are ten reasons I think are important. So if you need a reminder in your life, print them out and stick them on your wall.
Because at the end of the day, you’re not gonna look back with pride at the number of TV shows you watched, or the number of Facebook friends you had (how many of them have you seen in 5-10 years, anyway?)
You’ll be looking back at the times you pushed yourself... the things you didn’t think were possible but that you did anyway... and the treasured people who were there with you along the way. Amiiiiright?
