How it works...


  1. Choose a habit you've been wanting to start (or stop!);

  2. Do the habit once a day for 30 days;

  3. Send me a text each time you do it.

  4. I’ll be waiting for your text*, and will give you support and cheer you on.

Oh, and you can bet your ass I’ll check in with you if I don’t hear from you!

*text or Whatsapp, depending on your preference and where you are in the world

What kind of habits are we talking about?

It could be anything, from:

  • Starting a morning routine;
  • Stretching before your shower;
  • No screen time an hour before bed;
  • Working out every day;
  • Not checking emails until you start work;
  • Eating fruit instead of chocolate...

Or something totally different! You will know best what habit you want to implement most.

​How to join:

  1. Choose a habit you want to implement in your life. (ONE habit only. If you want to bring in another habit at a later date, why not join a future program!)

  2. Fill in the registration form below. The challenge will start the month after we receive your registration.

  3. You will receive further details via email within 24 hours of registering. We'll also do a "Test Text" to make sure everything is working perfectly.

  4. We start on following month - no excuses! ;) You do your habit, text me to say you’ve done it, and I will send you a lovely text back to congratulate and cheer you on.

  5. If I don’t hear from you? I’ll be chasing you up by the end of the day, and sending you pictures of sad puppy dog faces :)
