How it works...
- Choose a habit you've been wanting to start (or stop!);
- Do the habit once a day for 30 days;
- Send me a text each time you do it.
- I’ll be waiting for your text*, and will give you support and cheer you on.
Oh, and you can bet your ass I’ll check in with you if I don’t hear from you!
*text or Whatsapp, depending on your preference and where you are in the world
What kind of habits are we talking about?
It could be anything, from:
- Starting a morning routine;
- Stretching before your shower;
- No screen time an hour before bed;
- Working out every day;
- Not checking emails until you start work;
- Eating fruit instead of chocolate...
How to join:
- Choose a habit you want to implement in your life. (ONE habit only. If you want to bring in another habit at a later date, why not join a future program!)
- Fill in the registration form below. The challenge will start the month after we receive your registration.
- You will receive further details via email within 24 hours of registering. We'll also do a "Test Text" to make sure everything is working perfectly.
- We start on following month - no excuses! ;) You do your habit, text me to say you’ve done it, and I will send you a lovely text back to congratulate and cheer you on.
- If I don’t hear from you? I’ll be chasing you up by the end of the day, and sending you pictures of sad puppy dog faces :)

- I’ve created amazing habits in my own life - getting up at 7am, doing a morning routine, stretching each day, drinking less caffeine and eating less sugar, flossing, and giving up alcohol (and more)... and I'd like to help you do the same!
