The background...
2020 hasn't been the best year, I think you'll agree!
I felt crappy for a lot of this year, and then realized that - with everything going on - I'd let many of my good habits slide.
But I knew that to start them up again, I had to do one at a time, and take it slow.
And so the Year of Feeling Good was born!

But I knew that to start them up again, I had to do one at a time, and take it slow.
And so the Year of Feeling Good was born!
- One (small) habit a month.
- Building it up slowly.
- Group accountability, to keep going.
The plan: one habit a month, every month
The Year of Feeling Good includes the things you'd expect: working out, drinking water, and thinking good thoughts.
We'll also have other proven feel-good habits like listening to upbeat songs, laughing each day, and mini decluttering sessions.
Here's the plan so far (and there may be tweaks ahead!):
January - happy songs
February - comedy each day
March - sleeping well
April - reducing social media
May - working out (10 mins a day)
June - doing nice things for other people
July - positivity circles (to be explained :)
August - eating better or drinking more water
September - Mystery Month!
October - meditation (5 mins a day)
November - decluttering
December - screenless Sundays
(And then... celebrate!)
THE BEST BIT: As you start a new month, you continue on the habits you started the previous month.
So by December, you have 12 FABULOUS habits you're doing, each and every day*!
*I know you might not get to do each habit, every day. That's why we'll be working in a group - for support, pick-me-ups, and accountability.

How it works:
Each month we start a new, small habit, designed to help you feel good.
Some of them will only take a few minutes. None of them are arduous or difficult.
You share in the Whatsapp or Facebook group (TBC, depending on numbers) when you've done your mini-habit, and we cheer each other on!
