Each week, for five weeks, I’ll send you an easy habit to add into your week. A small habit (you might even do it already), and you won’t need to go out and buy anything to do it.
Once you’ve started habit 1, you’ll continue it through the course.
So in Week Two, you’ll do habit 1 and 2.
And by Week Five, we’ll have introduced five habits and you’ll have built them up slowly (so it won’t feel like a stressful chore to add to your already busy days). Each habit will fit directly into your day or will take less than 20 minutes to complete.
