Start Great Habits: a month-long challenge
I signed up for the Start Great Habits challenge and was so thrilled with the results. I am someone who always starts off with the best intentions and then gets distracted or occupied with other things and end up not sticking with my intention. I found it so helpful to get a reminder daily and then start to take it upon myself to make it happen. I am already thinking of the next goal I could set with Claire. I highly recommend this, no matter how big or small your goal is... and start today!

The 30-day "Start Great Habits" challenge is exactly as it sounds - you pick a great habit you want to start... do it once a day for 30 days... and send me a text* each time you do it.
I’ll be waiting for your text, and will give you support and cheer you on... oh, and you can bet your ass I’ll check in with you if I don’t hear from you!
What kind of habits?
It could be anything from:
- Setting up a morning routine;
- Doing stretches before your shower;
- No screen time an hour before bed;
- Working out every day;
- Not checking emails until you get to work;
- Eating fruit instead of chocolate...
How to join?
Fill in the form at the bottom of the page, and decide when you'd like to start. The challenge will start on the 1st of the month. Once your registration has been received, you'll receive all the details you need. Let's make this year awesome!

- If I don’t hear from you? I’ll be chasing you up by the end of the day, and sending you pictures of sad puppy dog faces.
