Hi! I'm Claire. I'm a trained life coach with 8 years' experience working with clients around the world.
I love working with women to help them stop being so hard on themselves and start treating themselves with kindness.
Most of us put our partners/kids/pets first, while our own needs go to the bottom of the pile. But if we're not taking care of ourselves, we can't take care of other people (it just makes sense, right?!)

What kind of tasks will there be?
All tasks are centred around creating space for you in your day, incorporating moments of TLC, and generally boosting your mood. The activities might be anything from listening to your favourite song, texting someone to say thank you, or noticing 3 good things from your day.
who is the program not for?
Anyone who doesn't have even 5 minutes to spare in their day. We're all busy and we all have hectic lives, but if you literally don't have 5 minutes to breathe, this is not the program for you! (So if you get up at 6am, travel to work, do a 12-hour shift, go straight to look after your aging nan, then go home to bed, this probably isn't the program for you.) But if you spend time scrolling social media each day or watching Netflix - even for a short time each day (no judgment!) - it's likely that we can fit some self-care into your day and start creating positive habits.

what if i can't do my task one day?
Not a problem! I know that life is busy. As they're designed to be bite-sized, you could save a couple of tasks for one day. (I don't recommend saving a whole week's worth up, as that can feel overwhelming and defeats the purpose of mini daily habits - but missing a day or two or combining days is totally fine!)
